ABOUT US

Our primary climber and qualified arborist has 10 years experience in the arboriculture industry and has worked for a variety of companies across Queensland, New South Wales and the Northern Territory. His passion for tree care is second to none and he aims for the best health outcome for every tree. He is supported by a highly skilled team of groundsmen who also have climbing experience, and extensive experience in rigging and rope work.

Our team also includes a qualified fauna spotter who inspects every tree before work starts, and has the knowledge and skills to relocate birds, mammals or reptiles that are found in the tree. She has a Bachelors Degree in Biological Sciences and a Master of Environmental Science, and supports our environmental initiatives.

At Arborcare, safety always comes first. We have a full Safety Management System in place and conduct job safety analysis and risk assessments before every job. We will never put ourselves, or your property, at risk of harm. All senior staff hold current First Aid certification.

We provide advice in accordance with Australian Standard 4373-2007 Pruning of Amenity Trees, and recommend against tree lopping (cutting the top off the tree) whenever there is a better alternative for the health of the tree that can still meet the customer’s requirements.
